Our Mission

The Harrison School District's transportation department strives to provide a safe, clean and dependable means of transportation for our students to and from our schools, facilities and district-sponsored events.

About half of the district's 2,700 students ride one of our 67 bus routes every day.

COVID-19 OPERATING PLAN

Parents are asked to please consider taking their children to school instead of sending them on the bus.  HPS will not be able to provide physical distancing on the buses, but will take as many precautions as possible:

• All individuals, drivers and students, are required to wear a face mask.
• Buses will be disinfected after each use.
• All buses have been equipped with hand sanitizing stations (located by the entry/exit door).
• Bus routes may be adjusted when deemed necessary.
