Susan Gilley serves Harrison Schools by directing federal funds to facilitate equitable resources for all students. She also assists teachers as the District Instructional Technologist leading the way with appropriate technology for integrated, engaging educational practices.

As a certified Google education trainer, she presents and coaches educators across Arkansas. Some of her recognitions include Arkansas Federal Coordinator of the Year, NAFEPA Arkansas Representative for Federal Coordinators, School Leader finalist from EdTech Digest Awards and AAIM/ARKSTE Technology Leader of the Year. Her most recent recognition includes being selected as one of EdWeek’s 2022 Leaders to Learn From.

Mrs. Gilley is always researching for additional grant funds in order to better assist the district’s students, families, and community. She has helped write several Career and Technical Education start up grants that have awarded the district over $250,000, as well as over $200,000 in before, after and summer school grants.
