Dr. Lisa Carlon joined the Harrison School District in the summer of 2020 as the Instructional Facilitator and Marketing Support Coordinator.
Dr. Carlon graduated from College of the Ozarks in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. She then began her professional career in Missouri as a classroom teacher in Branson, and later taught in the Republic and Reeds Spring school districts.
In 2012, she joined the Green Forest (Arkansas) School District as Technology Instructional Facilitator, and took the role of Federal Programs Coordinator and Director of Instruction in June 2016. She remained with Green Forest until 2019.
Dr. Carlon obtained her master's degree from Missouri State University in 2000, with a focus on Educational Administration and Supervision. She then achieved her doctorate from Lindenwood University in 2015 with a focus in Instructional Leadership and Educational Administration.
