Brenda Landrum grew up near Searcy, AR. She has worked in education for over 25 years as a special education teacher, general education teacher, school counselor, and currently as the Assistant Director of Special Services for Harrison School District.
Mrs. Landrum graduated from White County Central School in 1989. She received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Education with dual certification in elementary and special education in 1995 from Harding University. In 2008, she graduated with a Masters Degree in School Guidance and Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas. Brenda is currently enrolled in the School Psychology Specialist graduate program at UCA.
Brenda and her husband, Danny, have lived in Harrison for the past 10 years. They have three adult children, Dalton, Hattie, and Chloe, all who attended and graduated from Harrison School District. They are actively involved in the community and their local church.
