The Harrison Chamber of Commerce kicked off the 2024 class of the Youth Leadership Academy on Wednesday, September 25 at Signature Tower. Four Harrison High School Juniors were selected to the class of 18 students representing all the area schools in Boone County.
The Youth Leadership Academy is a program designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and experiences that will not only help them become exceptional leaders but also shape them into responsible and forward-thinking individuals. Over the course of the program, they will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned leaders, engage in meaningful discussions, and participate in hands-on leadership activities.
The students selected for YLA are Cayman Jones, Jacklyn Tapley, LaShayla Engel, and Conner Collie!
