HMS Parents:
HHS and HMS are offering a free vaccine clinic with the help of the Arkansas Department of Health. This clinic is to provide vaccine for those students who are past due or will be coming due at the time of the vaccine clinic.
If your student is one of those who are past due on vaccines, you will receive a letter from the school concerning this. Some letters were mailed Friday and some were mailed today.
If you wish to participate in this free service, please fill out the required paperwork, sign all highlighted areas, and return to the school nurse no later than Monday, November 18th, 2024.
The clinic will be held at HMS on December 11, 2024.
