HHS Food Drive

Harrison High School Student Council (sponsor, Heather Thornton) and Key Club (sponsor, Kyndall Jenkins) members recently partnered with Ozark Share and Care to sponsor a food drive to benefit those in need. Students set a goal to collect 1,000 non-perishable food items for donation to Ozark Share and Care.

Ozark Share & Care is a community-sponsored, non-profit emergency services program. Emergency food is provided for anyone in need, regardless of geographic location.

The totals are in today - and the students hard work has definitely paid off. The dedicated teams not only reached their goal but surpassed it with a total of 1,269 non-perishable food items collected!

Good job, Students!

As a reward for reaching their goal, students will be allowed to wear Halloween costumes tomorrow. To add to the fun, HHS Student Council will be treating all students to spooky sundaes tomorrow, made possible by a generous donation of ice cream from Hiland Dairy.
