Harrison High sophomore Mya Slaton is job shadowing today at Harrison Animal Clinic. Job shadowing provides students with valuable educational experiences, helping them gain information and understanding regarding professions they may be interested in pursuing. Understanding the day to day roles and responsibilities of various careers expands students' knowledge base and also helps them make better informed decisions about their future career choices.
