It Looks Like Spilt Milk book cover

Harrison Preschool students have created fun art displays to illustrate their responses to the prompt "I looked up in the sky and I thought I saw a _______.

Their projects were completed after classrooms read together the book "It Looked Like Spilt Milk" by Charles G. Shaw. This book encourages imagination by presenting a se of changing white shapes against a sold blue background. Children are encouraged to keep guessing what the changing shape is as each page is turned. In the end, it is revealed to be a cloud in the sky! This activity is designed to spark creativity and encourage children to look for different objects in the shapes they see.

The students then drew cloud shapes of their own and responded to the story prompt. Great job, students! Keep up the good work!
